My name is Brett Rademacher.

God has given me a vision to build a global Christian business network of like-minded, Spirit-led believers.

Individuals who are empowered by revelatory insight and who co-create with God, producing ideas, solutions, innovations, and inventions… wherever the Lord leads… for Kingdom purposes.

My backstory spans about 30 years.

It’s been a long and eclectic journey, but I’ll keep it focused by sharing the key moments that shaped this calling.

The Prayer That Started It

In the early 1990s, I read about a successful Christian businessman named R.G. LeTourneau.

He invented and built heavy earth-moving equipment. His company produced 70% of the equipment used by the Allies in World War II, and he pioneered mobile offshore drilling technology.

But what impacted me most wasn’t his success.

It was his stewardship.

LeTourneau was known for giving away 90% of his income, traveling the world to help others, and even supporting Billy Graham financially in the early days of his ministry.

As a Christian in business, I had never heard of anything like that.

I couldn’t relate to stories of being called to be a pastor or an evangelist, but this… this really resonated with me.

So I prayed.

And I asked God: “Could I be a businessperson like that, too?”

I asked Him for creative ideas, for a path that would allow me to build resources… to travel… and to help many people with what God provided.

A Prophetic Impression

Then in 1996, while driving down a Texas highway, I had a distinct but subtle impression:

“You are going to have a global marketing organization involving many people using cutting-edge technology.”

At that time, nothing could have been further from my reality.

I wasn’t global. I wasn’t technical. I wasn’t building anything large. And at the time, I didn’t even realize that it was God speaking to me.

But about four years later, God made it clear: that wasn’t a random thought.

It was Him.

Alaska and the Breakthrough

In 1998, I was prompted to move to Alaska to be near my parents as my dad’s health declined. Since my businesses were Texas-based, I had to start over.

I rented a small, ugly office and spent three months searching the Internet, trying to find something I could do from Alaska to make a living.

The internet was becoming “a thing”, but I had no idea how to use it for business.

During those three months, God began giving me the pieces of what became a four-part hybrid business model for doing remote sales through the Internet.

Something that hadn’t really been done before at that time, nor at the scale I had in mind.

When the all the pieces just suddenly clicked, it was a real epiphany for me.

And I knew without a doubt God was calling me to do it.

For the next two years, I really struggled to build a software system for remote sales. I’m not a technical guy, so to say it was hard is an understatement.

But eventually, I found the right programmer, got a basic remote sales software system up and running, and began seeing early success.

Acceleration and Confirmation

In 2000, several people I didn’t really know well, emailed me out of the blue with prophetic words.

Basically they told me my business activities were about take-off, it was going to happen soon, and that I would be helping a lot of people around the world, earn a living through the Internet…

And that it would happen very fast too.

Toward the end of 2000, while reading the book God@Work by Rich Marshall, that someone had anonymously sent me, I had what I can only describe as a “Matrix-like” two-week download, where God gave me a vision for a global Christian business network.

I wrote it down in a 26-page document.

And while reading that book, God made it unmistakably clear…

He had been the one who spoke to me in 1996.

“Get Anointed for Business”

A few months later, early on a Sunday morning, God spoke into my spirit:

“Go to church and get anointed with oil for business.”

That totally rattled me.  I’d never experienced anything like that before.

And I was literally afraid not to obey.

So after the service, I went up to the pastor and told him what God had said. He looked at me like I was a little strange, but he did anointed me with oil and prayed for me anyway.

And not long after that… almost everything I was working on took off like a rocket ship.

Exactly like those people who had emailed me, said would happen.

I ended up becoming a pioneer in Internet-based remote sales, one of the top people in the world in my niche. I also developed a multi-million-dollar remote sales software system that was ahead of the curve at the time.

I used it in my own remote sales projects, licensed it to sales leaders and companies, and I built a global affiliate network of nearly 30,000 people that both used and promoted my software.

I personally built a number of different remote sales teams in the thousands, and a few in the tens of thousands. And in some cases, had remote sales teams all over the world.

However, it was also a turbulent season as well.

Everything was happening fast. It felt like a runaway train. I was forced to learn more in a short period than I thought I could possibly handle.

But through it, God allowed me to help countless people from around the world earn a living from home.

And what’s interesting is, remote sales finally went mainstream during COVID… almost 20 years later.

A Hard Pivot

In early 2003, I met a Christian woman in Hawaii, who had a prophetic gifting. A few months later she called and said she had a word for me from the Lord.

The core message was this:

“You are going to come into a season where you will be abased. God is going to take your life in a completely different direction now. It won’t be easy. Don’t fight it, because He has a purpose behind it, and many things for you to do.”

I didn’t like the sound of that.

And not long after, an unexpected, roller-coaster of an event slammed my life and completely upended everything I was doing.

Out of that experience, God began to take me into a deep and at times extremely difficult spiritual journey, that continued for several decades.

Lots of stories there, but those are for another time.

Faith in the Marketplace

In 2004, I was introduced to Os Hillman through a friend who had become Os’s business manager, after finding out about Os through the book God@Work, that I had given my friend.

Os is a world thought leader in the ‘Faith in the Marketplace’ movement. Not long after our meeting, Os invited me to one of his Marketplace Leaders conferences.

One of the keynote speakers was Linda Rios Brooke, who spoke about a coming wealth transfer, from the world… to faithful believers who have been tried in the fire so to speak.

She said a lot of Christians think this will happen… like some kind of heavenly lottery.

But Linda explained that it will happen through believers, with a Joseph calling for stewarding resources, who receive revelatory insight, ideas, innovations, inventions…things the world will pay for.

That resonated with me deeply.

And I knew... this was what God was calling me into.

Spiritual Twilight Zone

In the late spring of 2005, ‘out of the blue’ while on a business trip in Florida, God supernaturally led me to visit a small town in North Carolina.

On my initial visit, I met with a pastor, who told me during our lunch meeting…

“You are supposed to move here, and what God is going to have you do, will start like a wildfire and go around the globe”

I got hit hard in the Spirt when he said, and I knew it was true. I just did not know exactly what it meant.

And over my 2 week visit, God made it very clear through a number of divine connections and events we were supposed to move there, and we did a short time later. 

During our 6 ½ years there, we had countless God experiences. The kind you could literally write a book about.

One of the biggest things that happened.. was God had me do a 40 day, water only fast.

Not long after that, He led me to research and write a 150 page document on 18 areas of mass deception going on in the world at the time. And it is much worse today.

I felt the two main points in the document were..

First, that in the future, we would be coming into a time where deception would be so great, that if we were not clearly hearing God’s voice for ourselves, and being obedient to his Spirit and His Word, we would be deceived.

And second, I was given a more detailed mandate for this global Christian Business network God was calling me to build.

But I realized not long after writing it, it was not yet time to start it.

I didn’t have all the pieces.

The place we lived in was an extremely hard place to live. I used to call it the “Spiritual Twilight Zone”.

It was an intense spiritual boot camp. And I can tell you from personal experience, that is not an easy process.

But we learned so much on the spiritual side of things.

Waiting on God, hearing His voice more clearly, and developing a higher level of spiritual discernment were 3 of the more important things.

When we left, I didn’t care if we ever went back.

But God had other plans.

From 2012 to 2016, God gave us a much needed break.

And from 2017 to 2024, God had us living like nomads, randomly moving us around the country, whenever he told us to move.

During that time period, I didn’t think much about the global Christian Business network vision.

I didn’t have all the pieces at the time, and I didn’t know what to do with it anyways.

Enter Greg Moyer and the Missing Piece

In 2022, God prompted me to re-enter the remote sales space after being out of it for a number of years.

Through a series of projects, I met Greg Moyer in February 2023.

In our second meeting, Greg told me he’d been working for four years on what was the hardest project of his life.

He then shared that over 25 years in Silicon Valley, he had developed a framework for being creative, inventive, and innovative on demand.

He calls it Renaissance Thinking, and the Framework for Inventive Thinking (F.I.T.)

Greg discovered that the world’s greatest innovators… from da Vinci to Bell Labs to Steve Jobs… all followed a similar pattern and sequence to produce breakthrough ideas.

He also found this process is rooted in how God designed our brains, and it’s backed by scientific research.

Greg applied it in a hyper-competitive environment, proving it repeatedly.

He generated nine inventions of his own… ten innovations in his industry…

And with just six clients, produced over $6 billion in new revenue.

He felt it was now his purpose to bring this framework to the world.

When Greg finished telling me his story, I knew immediately:

I was supposed to help him bring this to the world.

Because this framework Greg identified… was the same process God walked me through years earlier, when I pioneered internet-based remote sales and built my own software system.

I just didn’t know it was a replicable framework.

But Greg discovered it’s something anyone can do.

“IT'S TIME!”

Then in September 2023, while living in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, I had a dream.

In the dream I was wearing an Apple watch, and it rang with a friend’s name from North Carolina.

Then God spoke into my spirit, not the dream:

"IT'S TIME!”

I woke up rattled.

Time for what?

Shortly after, God had us move to Meridian, Idaho.

Back to North Carolina?

In spring 2024, a longtime intercessor friend of mine emailed me.

She said a prophet would be calling me, and when they did, I’d know what to do next.

A month later, I received that call.

And the message he gave me was…

“It is now time to start in the natural realm, though it was birthed in and by the Spirit long ago… Many people will be reached digitally in many nations… Now is the time… You are released to move forward.”

About a month after that, I woke up early one Friday morning with an urgent prompting: drive from Idaho to North Carolina immediately, and be at a specific church at certain time by Sunday morning.

I called two friends to make sure I was hearing right, and both agreed, as did my wife.

So we headed out.

We drove over 2,300 miles without even stopping to sleep… arriving just ten minutes before the service started.

And right away, God began confirming things through divine connections, unexpected reunions, and supernatural “only God” moments.

The first confirmation, was a friend of ours who we had not seen in 12 years, was walking up to the entrance of the church just as we were.

He said, “Hey Brett, how you doing? I don’t go to church here, but God told me 15 minutes ago, to come here for church this morning”.

Remember my Apple watch dream? That friend was at the church too, and he normally did not attend there either.

And then, some other friends of ours, who we were staying with while visiting…

Right before we left to head back home, the wife pulled out an old journal of hers to show my youngest daughter how to keep a journal.

As she opened her journal, out dropped a piece of paper with my name written at the top. 

It was notes her husband had written down 15 years prior, when we had talked about this global Christian business network.

What are the odds of that just randomly happening right then?

On the way home, I felt prompted to call Rich Marshall, the author of God@Work, and tell him God was saying it was time to launch the global business network.

Then something unexpected happened.

Rich told me he had been seeing the words “business network” on buildings all over the world in the spirit, and he believed I was being called to carry out what he was seeing.

He said: “I am rubber stamping what you are doing… and anyone can call me, and I’ll tell them I’m rubber stamping what you’re doing.”

And then he prayed for me. And it was powerful.

Especially mind-blowing considering someone had anonymously sent me his book years earlier.  

And I still don’t know who.

The “Stained Glass” Version

In late summer 2024, I shared Greg’s Framework for Inventive Thinking with Os Hillman. Os suggested Greg create a “stained glass” version… a version specifically for Christians.

Greg responded that the entire framework can be supported with Scripture, and he created a document showing exactly that.

And that’s when the Co-Creating with GOD Spirit-Led Innovation Training Program was born.

It combines: Greg’s Framework for Inventive Thinking - proven, science-backed, marketplace-tested with the Spirit-led dimension of revelatory insight, where believers co-create with God.

Why It Matters in the Age of AI

Another thing that stood out to me when Greg and I first met was this: Greg’s framework is the anti-thesis of AI.

Because true creativity and breakthrough innovation have been declining for decades and AI is accelerating that decline.

The more people outsource their thinking to AI as if it’s an all-knowing god, the less they develop their God-given creative capacity… and the less they seek the voice of the one true God.

And since God is the source of true knowledge and revelation, replacing human creativity with AI can cut people off from the very thing God designed them for.

That’s why in these turbulent times, we desperately need a God-given framework and Spirit-led believers who apply it intentionally.
